Hey, I'm Paula Essig ︎
A Brazilian creative art director with over 10 years of experience, currently based in Amsterdam and deeply interested in photography, movies and graphic design. Born and raised in southern Brazil (Porto Alegre), I moved to São Paulo in 2016, where I spent 7 years developing my industry experience. In 2023, I landed in the Netherlands — where I'm now improving my biking skills on the way to work.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked at global and award-winning agencies, developing creative work from conceptualizing ideas and building strong visual narratives, to overseeing full production processes and final delivery. My experience spans traditional media — such as TVCs and print — as well as non-traditional formats, including PR stunts, activations and digital media.
My greatest inspiration in the creative world has been people: the talented ones I meet along the way in this industry, but also those who will be impacted by my work. That’s why I got into advertising — to offer new outlooks to the world through purpose-driven work, and help make it a better place to be.
